João Victtor's post on Goodwall - According to the Instituto Datafolha, 55% of Brazilians rate the Single Health System as bad or terrible. One of the main factors for such populational dissatisfaction is the big queues that are generated to make an appointment and/or attendance. Based on this, the web platform development OperaSus aims to increase quality on the scenario of public health in Santo Amaro from the waiting time reduction to medical appointment by an on-line system, offering, thus, greater comfort for the population. Given this, the project development was started in stages, based on the Scrum methodology. In stage 4, currently, the group is in the back-end development phase with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) language.The developer research group presented the initial version system during the National Science and Technology Week (2018) at IFBA - Campus Santo Amaro. After finalizing the prototype, the research group will present it to the city's Health Department in order to outline the essential parameters for the project implementation for Santo Amaro’s population. #FBJC
