Leen Zamamiri's post on Goodwall - Due to the lockdown caused by COVID-19, many fields were negativity effected such as education, economy, etc. I thought of an idea that would help us get along with the virus without having to be locked down. The project is all about placing sterile pumping tubes on the top and bottom of the gate to sterilize the person entering the building. The top pumps are for the body and the bottom pumps are for the shoes- which can carry the virus to the building-.These pipes produce the sterilization lightly and automatically on the person that enters through the gate. That can be done by using sensors that sense objects passing through and command the pumps to produce the sterilization. These sensors could also measure the person’s body temperature. It gives a green sign for those who have a normal body temperature, but when the sensor senses a higher body temperature it gives an alert that the person isn’t allowed in the building. Using this idea, indoor places would be safer. This project can be done on many gates like at schools, companies, banks and others. Security gates inspired me to think of this machine. This machine would be helpful because it does the work automatically and it doesn’t need a person risking his/her life to check on people that enter an indoor place. This project is (3 in 1) , it sanitizes the body, sanitizes shoes and measure body temperature of the person passing through the gate.
