Julia Baggio's post on Goodwall - #FBJC Natural yogurt with rose petals The project "Iogurte natural com pétalas de rosas" (natural yogurt with rose petals) is developed by three research students from Instituto Federal do Paraná Campus de Jacarezinho and an advisor from the same institution. It was idealized from the increasing search for healthy, natural and practical food. The objective was also to create an innovative product in relation to others, resulting in the use of roses as the main flavor for the preparation of the sauce that accompanies Labneh yogurt. Nowadays, the determinant analyzes of the quality and its approval have been realized and they present benefits to consumers. The Yogurt is still in development and it can change according to the results of this analysis.
