Linda Otekat's post on Goodwall - # How to cook Atapa millet bread 1. Pour 1/2 a litre of water in a saucepan. 2. Add 1/2 lemon juice or a bit of tarmarine juice to get a sour taste 3. Place it on fire to boil. 4. Add close to 1/2 cup of millet flour to the boiling water and mingle for 15 minutes until all the flour is completely mixed up with the water to make bread. 5. Put on a plate and serve.
