Isabelle Rathbun's post on Goodwall - I love to sit in silence. This may seem almost impossible at first, but what I mean by silence is putting away distractions to focus on one thing at hand. Sometimes it’s reading, sometimes journaling, and other times sitting outside watching the sunset. Whatever it is, it’s a chance to sit still for just 10 minutes and be able to appreciate life.
