Anna Baluyan's post on Goodwall - I personally believe that if you want to move from your current version to a version that is better, you have to let go of the current personal belief system that you have. If it has got you into this state in the first place, then it is not useful to you anymore. Therefore, be open to unlearning everything, and relearn differently.
