Chinaaza Dimejesi's post on Goodwall - I took this video yesterday when I was feeling really stressed😥 and tired😪. I couldn't concentrate for the most part of my day, and so I had to switch things up by turning on the music to spur my mood and get me gingered up. 😅😅 When I am stressed physically, I lay down to rest and just before I may drift off to sleep, I listen to some good stress-relieving music. When I am emotionally 😩or mentally stressed🥶, I talk to the live of my life🥰, my best friend🤩 or to God🙏. I also calm my nerves by listening to soul music.🎶🎶 Doesn't matter if it makes me cry, so long as I feel better after doing that.😃😃 So basically my #StressBuster is really good music and being around my loved ones. Partying💃 and hangouts also do me good...😊😊 #StressBuster
