Samanta Barua's post on Goodwall - I'm an introvert so I'm not that comfortable making a video but I had some thoughts that I wanted to put out there , surely this covid crisis helped us remember living is all that matters , being alive and being healthy is the most precious thing . When we will see life as a gift and a blessing then we can go through any storm in life and it won't break us , we will be resilient. I am grateful for this life ,for being healthy in every way and my family and all the people in my life that give me strength when I need it . It is good to be resilient but sometimes there will be times when you'd need support and encouragement to go on so feel free to talk to anyone that understands you, who make you feel good about life and yourself .
