Through the lens of Abena, Pendo, Clara, and Pedro, I was able to learn much and gain deeper perspectives. We need to connect with Society actors that urge Governments to bring forward legislation that recognizes the inability of social media companies to self-regulate themselves on this issue because they have largely failed and have taken profits over the safety and wellbeing of people using their platforms.
