Solphine Mchalongo's post on Goodwall - Taita region in the coastal region of Kenya rely on natural prediction to provide the weather forecast through rain makers who are trained by our elders, they also used spiritual methods which were passed down from one generation to another. The community introduced trainings on how to predict the weather and how to adapt to weather changes since we didn't want to rely on rain makers only. #WeatherWatchers
