Adamu Muhammad Umar's post on Goodwall - The covid 19 pandemic has turned the world upside down with respect to all activities including the economy of the world and it's the right and responsibility of every individual to contribute with everything he or she can that can be helpful to his or her community and the world at large in order to help to eradicate this pandemic. I as an indigene of jalingo area of Taraba state, Nigeria I can focus on Africa and particularly Nigeria, here in Nigeria only some few indigenes that are wealthy while the majority are less privileged considering this to help to eradicate this covid 19 pandemic materials like facemasks and sanitisers etc should be distributed free for they indigenes or should be made available at an affordable price that everybody can buy before facemasks here are sold 20 naira to 50 naira but now it's around 200 naira to 250 naira even 300 naira in some places with this it looks cost for every indigenes to buy as many are poor and can even feed themselves only if they can go out every day to go and look for money some can end up getting 1000 naira, 1500 or 2000 naira something like that and can used it to feed their family for that particular day and wait for the next day to arise to your surprise sometimes they can even go out and come back with nothing and they family can bear it that way spending the whole day without feeding or can go and beg for food hence the worst of it is that the country in majority of its states are in lockdown for such people they are unopportune now to go and work to look for what they will eat talkless to buy facemasks and especially at a higher cost etc. Secondly the government, stakeholders etc should create awareness to it's indigenes through people that each and particular community know because if different people from different community come to lighting on it it will be difficult for them to be accepted by the members of the community, therefore I can advice people like religions leaders e.g pastors and imams, primary health care workers and literate members of every community should be pick to handle it by so doing every indigenes will surely knows that covid 19 exist and this is how to avoid it etc as this I think may also be helpful to help to eradicate this pandemic and alots' to say from me.
