Fabíola Pelissoli's post on Goodwall - These constellations shown in the image (left: Orion; right: Old Man) represent the versatility that we can have and build from stories that were told when looking at the sky. But to discover more and more stories like these, which are strongly contrasted by different peoples, we must also look at the sky, as they did. But how to allow a visually impaired person to improve their astronomical knowledge as well? This, as well as others, is one of the goals of my research project entitled "Inclusive constellations: figures who tell stories" which is based on an exploratory search for Astronomy teaching materials that are inclusive (in this case, tactile) and of low cos, like these constellations, which are one of the results of the project in its progress from the construction of prototypes of the type. #fbjc #socialimpact #constellations #stars #physicsandastronomy
