Participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines specified in these Goodwallet Terms & Conditions and each activity description, in addition to complying with Goodwall's Community Guidelines. All submissions related to rewarded activities must be completely original and created by the participant. Participants must disclose to Goodwall if any AI-generated text, imagery, video content, or similar technology has been included in the submission. Use of any material that is not your own should credit the owner, artist, individual, or corporation. Please note that certain activities are exclusively open to members from specific countries or demographics. This eligibility information is prominently displayed on the activity page for your reference, including winner selection criteria.
By participating in rewarded activities, you grant Goodwall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your submissions for promotional and marketing purposes. You also agree that your submission is free of all third-party intellectual property rights and licenses.
Goodwall retains the authority to disqualify any participant who partakes in fraudulent activities, violates these Goodwallet Terms & Conditions, the Goodwall App's Terms & Conditions, or does not comply with the activity participation guidelines.
Goodwall may modify, suspend, or terminate rewarded activities at any time without prior notice. If a user is inactive (does not open up the app or login) for more than 30 days consecutively or if a user’s account is deleted, Goodwall reserves the right to reclaim/clear their reward balance.
Goodwallet is a virtual wallet within the Goodwall app. It operates as a point system, representing rewards earned through participating in rewarded activities such as challenges, surveys, impact tasks, and friend referrals. You may use Goodwallet to monitor your reward balance and request withdrawal of the accumulated rewards. To qualify and expedite the withdrawal process, you must meet the $35 minimum threshold and successfully complete other specified actions. If required, users may also be prompted to verify their identity using Face ID or other authentication methods to ensure the security of reward withdrawals. Attempts to bypass identity verification, including submitting fake selfies or false information, will result in account termination and forfeiture of any reward balance. Goodwallet represents virtual currency and does not have any monetary value until withdrawn. You are not entitled to, nor owed, the amount until you have completed the necessary actions to withdraw. Goodwall reserves the right to modify, raise, or remove the threshold at its discretion. In the event that you do not follow community guidelines and if, for any reason, your account is banned or blacklisted, Goodwall reserves the right to confiscate/withdraw the funds from your Goodwallet. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to provide accurate and timely submission of their personal details using the Goodwallet feature in order for Goodwall to fulfill the reward. Goodwall uses USD as a reference currency for prize promotion and payments. Goodwall reserves the right to change the reference currency for prize promotion and payments. Goodwall will not be held responsible for any local fees, conversion, or fluctuating FX rates that may be incurred by the recipient. For more information about Goodwallet, please refer to the FAQs.
By participating in a rewarded activity, you agree that we will use and share the e-mail address or phone number with our payment service provider to pay out your prize.
