Goodwall Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Goodwall (Goodwall SA) (“Goodwall”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal data (“Personal Data”) in connection with our engagement with corporate and institutional partners, our events, and related communications. This Policy applies to representatives of partner organisations, event attendees, and other business contacts, and is separate from any privacy policy governing use of the Goodwall platform by its members. 2. Personal Data We Collect

In the course of engaging with partners and organising or participating in events, Goodwall may collect the following categories of Personal Data:

Goodwall does not seek to collect, and does not knowingly collect, special category data (as defined under the GDPR) in connection with these activities.

  • To manage and administer our relationship with partner organisations and event participants;
  • To communicate regarding programs, meetings, deliverables, and events;
  • To provide updates regarding Goodwall’s activities, where consent has been given;

Goodwall processes Personal Data on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

Goodwall does not sell Personal Data to third parties.
